Designer Partner Program

Our Designer Partner Program is an exclusive opportunity for designers who are early adopters of our Design Dilemmas platform. We aim to share financial upside with designers who join us in growing a uniquely incredible interior design social marketplace. This program aligns with our goal to make Design Dilemmas a prosperous platform for designers and to enable designers to shape the direction of the platform to best meet their needs and workflows.

Incentives

• Minimal Platform Fee Forever: When a user posts a dilemma and pays for your design feedback, Design Dilemmas typically charges a platform fee of 20%. For you, this fee will be reduced to 5% indefinitely (just enough to cover costs!).

• User Referral Payouts: For any users who signup on Design Dilemmas as result of your promotion (tracked via a referral attribution mechanism), you will receive 25% of Design Dilemmas platform fees collected from their design feedback requests to any designer (not only requests to you!) in their first year.

• Designer Referral Payouts: For any designers who signup on Design Dilemmas as result of your promotion (tracked via a referral attribution mechanism), you will receive 25% of Design Dilemmas platform fees collected from design feedback requests that they complete in their first year.

• Platform Fee Profit Sharing: 10% of all Design Dilemmas platform "net fees" collected from designer feedback requests across the platform until June 1, 2027 will be distributed to Designer Partner Program members. The payout proportion to each member will be based on the platform fees collected from users and designers referred by that member compared to all other members since the app's inception. 

  • Referrals will be tracked using a referral attribution mechanism, such as a referral code, referral link, or user input indicating how they arrived at Design Dilemmas

  • Payouts will occur every 6 months, based on platform "net fees" from the prior 6 months. 

  • Design Dilemmas platform "net fees" refers to platform fees collected after subtracting costs associated with the fees, such as, but not limited to, user and designer referral payouts

• Designer Partner WhatsApp Community: You will have access to the Design Dilemmas Designer Partner WhatsApp community. In this community you will have direct access to the Design Dilemmas team, be able to submit feature requests that will be expedited for development, and discuss the platform with other Designer Partners, collectively shaping the platforms direction.

Becoming a Designer Partner Program Member

To apply to become a Designer Partner Program member, please reach out to designerpartner@designdilemmas.app. If your application is accepted, you will be notified and will receive details such as a referral code and referral link, as well as access to our WhatsApp Community.

Designer Partner Program membership is at the sole discretion of Design Dilemmas. 

Legal Disclaimers

1. Program Modification: Design Dilemmas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Designer Partner Program at any time, with or without notice. The cutoff date for joining the program is at the sole discretion of Design Dilemmas.

2. No Guarantee of Earnings: Participation in the Designer Partner Program does not guarantee any specific amount of earnings or profits. Earnings are contingent upon individual effort and platform performance.

3. Independent Contractors: All members of the Designer Partner Program are considered independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or partners of Design Dilemmas.

4. Compliance with Laws: Members must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while participating in the program. Any illegal or fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination from the program.

5. Tax Obligations: Members are responsible for any tax obligations arising from earnings through the Designer Partner Program.

6. Confidentiality: Members agree to keep all proprietary information about Design Dilemmas and the Designer Partner Program confidential.

7. Liability Limitations: Design Dilemmas is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Designer Partner Program.

8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the Designer Partner Program will be resolved through binding arbitration.

9. Payouts: Payouts will be made using a platform such as PayPal. This payout mechanism and platform will be at the sole discretion of Design Dilemmas. 

10. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Design Dilemmas with respect to the Design Partner Program and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to this program or other incentives communicated for participating in the Design Dilemmas platform. No amendment or modification of this Agreement will be binding unless in writing and signed by Design Dilemmas.

By applying to and participating in the Design Dilemmas Designer Partner Program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
